A Bright Spot

There’s a point in winter when it stops feeling like a pretty winter wonderland and starts to become… GREY. At first it almost feels like a novelty: as if the world has turned into a black-and-white film.

But before long, I find myself craving COLOR. And that’s how I began working on this design titled “Liquid Sunshine.” It’s a celebration of orange flavors to brighten winter days and spark the imagination.

This piece was especially inspired by:
• My friend’s delicious orange shortbread cookies
• Memories of the oranges my grandparents would bring back after spending a couple of weeks in Florida each winter

• Tazo Wild Sweet Orange. A decaffeinated herbal tea with a strong, tangy flavor and an unexpected sugar-free sweetness.
