Who is behind Tea Lovers Lane?
Hi, I'm Cindy! I've created Tea Lovers Lane for people who love tea, teacups, teapots, and the simple joy of tea time. Most of the artwork is based on my own hand-drawn illustrations or graphics I have created celebrating all things tea.
How are the products made?
Each item is made to order, printed especially for you when you place your order. Experienced print partners apply the designs to items I've carefully selected for tea lovers. Because everything is created on demand, items aren't kept in storage and ready to ship - they're printed especially for you!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are printed in your region and will take 10-14 business days to arrive.
If an item is only available in the U.S. and you are outside of the U.S., items can take up to 30 days to arrive. Each product will have notes about the expected arrival time for you on the product page. Be conservative about these shipping times which can be longer in busy seasons. If you're shopping for a holiday or special occasion, order early to allow plenty of time for delivery.
Items may ship separately if they come from different printers.
What is your return policy?
Since each item is custom printed just for you, returns are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this happens, please contact me right away at cindy@tealoverslane.com with your order details and a photo of the issue, and I'll work with you to make it right.
Because items are made to order, I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind—so please double-check your selections before completing your purchase.
Attention EU customers: Items are made to order and are therefore exempt from the EU right of withdrawal.
