U.S. Orders
Most items are printed and shipped from U.S. printers (if an item comes from outside the U.S., you’ll see a note in its product description).

Because each piece is made to order—specially printed just for you—please allow 8–14 days for production and shipping. Items may come sooner but it is best to be conservative about shipping times which can be longer in busy seasons.

These items aren’t kept in storage; they’re created once your order is placed. If you’re shopping for a holiday or special occasion, we recommend ordering early to ensure your items arrive on time.

Please note: Some items may ship from different printers and could arrive in separate packages.

International Orders
International orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive. Whenever possible, we use printers closer to your location, though this isn’t always available.  Recipient is responsible for any duties or taxes administered by their country.
